Irregularities in materials, fabrics or prints are characteristic of the manufacturing process, and are an integral part of the design. As such, there may be slight markings or variations in appearance (including in colour or finishing) which are technically unavoidable and/or intentional.

We aim to ship your product/s within 48hours of your order confirmation.

 

PAYMENTS

 

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.  Orders will be dispatched once we receive notification your payment has been confirmed.

 

Although we endeavour to keep product listings up to date, occasionally an item listed may be unavailable due to unforeseen demand or other special circumstances. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer you a refund or a suitable alternative.

 

PRIVACY

 

We here at Mii Love Mu respect your privacy.  Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Mii Love Mu.

 

SECURITY

 

Mii Love Mu does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor STRIPE.  STRIPE is linked to our banks merchant account. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

 

RETURNS

 

We take the utmost care here at Mii Love Mu to describe and photograph goods as accurately as possible.  All our items are checked over before shipping but if for some reason you receive your product and not what you expected or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to exchange or offer a full refund excluding shipping costs. Return freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please note:

 

Returned goods must be unused and in brand new condition and remain intact with original swing tags and labels attached.

 

A copy of the valid receipt is included with the return.

 

The item is returned within 7 days of the receipt date. Goods returned after 7 days will be exchanged or refunded only at our discretion. Returns will be refunded to the same card/account that made the purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

 

To ensure you are happy with your purchase we thoroughly check all items before they are sent.

If you do receive a faulty item please contact Mii Love Mu immediately and we will arrange an alternative product, store credit or refund.

 

PRICING

 

All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST. Prices may be subject to change without notice. All prices are correct at time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email.

 

For international orders, any duties, taxes or charges incurred during freight, including any foreign transaction charges on the package on arrival in your country, are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs or authorities for further information on your country's taxes and duties. All orders will be shipped as dutiable merchandise and the value or all items will be declared accordingly.
